The company possesses a strong scientific research team, including more than 70 full-time R&D personnel with intermediate and senior professional titles, as well as over 10 external experts. Its core holding subsidiary, Yantai Jinao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. The company has established an independent R&D center and pilot testing base, and operates several research platforms, including the Shandong Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Yantai Enterprise Technology Center, Yantai Industrial Enterprise “One Enterprise, One Technology” R&D Center, and the Yantai Industrial Design Center. Since its establishment, the company has been certified under ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, all of which have been continuously implemented and maintained.
The company places great emphasis on intellectual property development. Through continuous R&D efforts, it has mastered a range of advanced technologies with independent intellectual property rights covering exploration, mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, and environmental protection. Among them, key technologies such as comprehensive utilization and separation of gold and antimony in refractory ores are at the world-leading level. To date, the company has obtained more than 50 authorized patents. Its patented technology, “A Method for Recovering Gold and Silver from High-Arsenic Gold Concentrate,” received the China Science and Technology Innovation Invention Achievement Award from the China Academy of Management Science. The company’s technological processes have reached first-class standards within the industry.
