On December 1, a red ribbon was elegantly tied to the front of the “Jin’ao Home” employee shuttle bus, lending it an especially festive air. Amid the booming sound of firecrackers and enthusiastic applause, the official launch ceremony for the shuttle’s trial operation was held at the company’s main gate. More than 70 people attended the event, including Luan Xibo, Executive Deputy General Manager; Wu Jiaqun, Deputy General Manager; and frontline management personnel from across the company.

At the outset of the event, Deputy General Manager Wu Jiaqun stated that the inaugural run of the commuter shuttle service is of great significance. The long-awaited commuter shuttle has now officially begun operation; for the time being, only the Haiyang route is available. Subsequently, Executive Deputy General Manager Luan Xibo first conveyed the Chairman’s congratulations on the inaugural launch of the “Jin’ao Home” employee commuter shuttle service. This event has received unanimous approval from the broad workforce. “I can catch a bus right at my doorstep—no need to drive myself—and arrive at the office in the time it takes to chat with my colleagues. It’s truly convenient!” “In the past, we worked three shifts, and winter was so cold that going home was really inconvenient. Now that we have a shuttle bus, we can schedule our shifts so that every other day we can go home for a good night’s sleep—that’s just wonderful.” At the event site, frontline employees were visibly excited.
